You did not follow the baggage adequately from the holding area to the ship. A tag fell off of my wife's bag that contained her computer and medication. The worker who saw this placed another tag on it and put the name of a different room on it rather than take it to the reception desk on the ship for someone - me- to retrieve it. This caused significant short term problems.
