The office personnel sent out numerous emails asking for information that I had previously given in email and on my portal. On the ship, they always said 'we need to organize this' - why did they wait to the last minute on so many things. All the excursions were rushed. And I mean ALL. We needed more time to visit castles, cathedrals (one we were kicked out of after being inside for 5 minutes), ruins, and just about everything.
