I had a wonderful trip until the last day when I was literally accused of stealing binoculars from the stateroom. We didn't need to leave the ship til 9:00am but got 2 calls starting at 6:30 am stating the binoculars were not found in our room. We never saw binoculars in the room. Twice more stewards came to room requesting the binoculars. While waiting to leave ship they requested to search our luggage for the binoculars. Just before disembarking we were informed that the binoculars were found in our room. It would have been nice to know the availability of binoculars for use during the trip. My pleasant memories of the trip were clouded by this experience.Also, on arriving we were not given directions to the hotel or the day's agenda. We could have gone into Glasgow and toured til 3 pm when we were finally bussed to the ship. Instead we waited in hotel lobby for 11:30 bus to Glasgow then waited until 3 pm for bus to ship with no lunch provided or instructions given when the next travel was to begin.No internet connection either.
