Although your customer support team is great, your delayed deposit and delayed payments via ACH are very disturbing. I am accustomed to a deposit being available next day and a payment via ACH going through 1 - 2 days max.I also have requested to have higher deposit amounts and higher payment amounts and it seems that isn't possible.. I guess this means you do not want my company to do business there? Your company has no idea what my company does nor how much money I may need to deposit or send on any day, so how can you put restrictions on my company in the first place?
I just recently had my account closed with you guys. You guys do not respect my business or business at all I didn’t even get my $100 back. Then I asked you twice to remove my name and email off your Email Marketing list. I do not want to receive Emails from you anymore! I have delt with Larry who hung the phone up on me. Dee who was rude and even hung the phone up on me and Rebecca supervisor or supposedly supervisor who was rude. Take me off your Email List.
