Terrible communication and still no delivery! Finally got a call making short of staff excuses- of no relevance to a customer. Was told I could have placed my order specifying express delivery as if it was my fault I didn't and i could have paid by credit card instead of via Shop. Everything was my fault even though it was their options i used! I received an incorrect early morning delivery time frame so had to stay in all day only to get an email telling me my order won't be delivered today at all! This was my first order and I'm so disappointed. No gesture of good will just a suggestion I use another supplier for an item I was going to purchase in future! Stunning when more of their excuses were "because we're a small company", you'd think they wouldn't be recommending i shop elsewhere! Save yourself a whole day of inconvenience and buy from another supplier
