Review Time
I’ve just got into linoprint and found handprinted had some great tutorials for using kit such as a slipstrop. I ordered some oil based inks from them and had a lot of confidence in the product having seen their use on videos. The parcel turned up really quickly, I can’t fault them on price and quality of products.
Bought some items and then realised the next day I needed something else so ordered another item. Had an email saying that they’d noticed I’d placed two consecutive orders and that they would combine and refund the postage (which I hadn’t asked them to do as I was worried it would cause too much hastle). Honestly such a lovely gesture and I was blown away by it. I always shop here and have never had any issues at all. Thank you 🥰
Terrible communication and still no delivery! Finally got a call making short of staff excuses- of no relevance to a customer. Was told I could have placed my order specifying express delivery as if it was my fault I didn't and i could have paid by credit card instead of via Shop. Everything was my fault even though it was their options i used! I received an incorrect early morning delivery time frame so had to stay in all day only to get an email telling me my order won't be delivered today at all! This was my first order and I'm so disappointed. No gesture of good will just a suggestion I use another supplier for an item I was going to purchase in future! Stunning when more of their excuses were "because we're a small company", you'd think they wouldn't be recommending i shop elsewhere! Save yourself a whole day of inconvenience and buy from another supplier
Canaletto Printing PaperI recently purchased a pack of this for hand printing. I'm very pleased with the colour, weight and feel but even more so with the packaging.I have ordered 3 different papers from 3 different companies this year. This order was the best packaged!! Simply but perfectly packaged. The others had used good packaging but the paper still had some dents. I thought this was just to.be expected, however, I was pleasantly surprised.
