have been a regular customer for over 10 years at Hargreaves cycles having bought parts and services my bikes … I must admit I have just been greeted with greed and poor customer service from the shop owner who behaved in such unprofessional way on my request to service my bike that left me speechless ….If I may summarise my thoughts : avoid , poor customer service , filthy attitude in a filthy Victorian shop , overpriced and greedy.
