Purchased a Cannondale road bike from Hargreaves in 2017. Great service and helpful staff. Just emailed them for a copy of the receipt for warranty with Cannondale and I was emailed back about an hour later. Can't thank them enough. Cheers guys.
I ordered a GT mountain bike but found it too big. It was swapped immediately and I received very friendly comms regarding this. I’d buy from here again and would highly recommend, especially as I had such a good deal too. Finance also available on purchases which was instant and very straight forward!
Great service from the guys at Hargreaves over the last few months. Had a few issues with my bike and they have done everything possible to help me out. Going above and beyond seems to be the norm for them, I would highly recommended them to anyone. Just what a local bike store should be like 👍
I went to Hargreaves’s today to look for a new mountain bike.I had seen a couple I liked online and the prices looked quite competitive.The service was really good Very knowledgable really new their stuff.I was surprised at the choice of bike they had on site. I got a really good deal with a great discount off the bike I bought. The icing on the cake is I was able to take the bike away within 20 minutes. Fantastic service would highly recommend. 5 star. 3 miles into a cycling trip to Amsterdam I hit the wall - literally. Hargreaves Cycles’ kindness and generosity (immediately prior to their closing time) ensured we were able to continue our journey safely with new brake pads free of charge. Thank you so much for rescuing our holiday!!
have been a regular customer for over 10 years at Hargreaves cycles having bought parts and services my bikes … I must admit I have just been greeted with greed and poor customer service from the shop owner who behaved in such unprofessional way on my request to service my bike that left me speechless ….If I may summarise my thoughts : avoid , poor customer service , filthy attitude in a filthy Victorian shop , overpriced and greedy.
Dropped a rear wheel off first thing Monday to have a spoke and nipple fitted and wheel truing , phoned Thursday to enquire and was told that they have not got around to it and it will be done Friday so popped in Saturday to collect however nothing had been done. I took the wheel back and went to another bike shop who told me they would have it done within the hour. Don’t waste your time with this bike shop as they will waste your time, Kama is a strange and wonderful thing and I’m sure it will play its part in the demise of this bike shop.
