Just to confirm like so many of the reviews of this company out there, that my experience is equally poor. I requested pictures of some of their ‘shop soiled’ bikes and they never arrived. I phoned 3 times to follow up and got either a hung up phone or a brusque bloke who clearly couldn’t be bothered with customers who brushed me off. I was prepared to buy but have obviously gone elsewhere. Avoid like the plague even if you expect the minimum of customer service.
