We had a great experience with Hatloes. At the store, we received a lot of personal attention without any pressuring or hovering. The folks at the store we're very knowledgeable and helpful. They did not try to up-sell us. The measurement appointment was scheduled quickly and our carpet was ordered the next day. The carpet we chose was on backorder and took about a month to arrive, which fit our schedule perfectly. The installation date scheduled at the time of order was held as promised. The installers showed up at exactly the time they said they would. They were very professional, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely work with Hatloes again in the future.
