My experience with headphones.com wasn’t great. I pre-ordered the HDB 630, and on the day they were supposed to ship, I checked on the status and messaged them. They told me the headphones would ship that night, but that didn’t happen. I messaged them again the next day, and they said they’d check with the shipping department and get back to me. It wasn’t until I followed up again that I learned they had messed up and sold all the headphones without fulfilling my pre-order. They gave me a $50 gift card, but that doesn’t make it right—I just wanted my headphones.
