I must admit I was a little sceptical about buying a car through Heel & Toe after reading some of the lower star reviews however I had nothing to worry about. My experience has been 100% positive. The communication has been great. I spoke to Billy about my interest in the car, A 1990 Mk1 Golf GTI Cabriolet in paprika red. Arranged to see it the following Tuesday and agreed I'd call on the Monday to confirm. Called on the Monday and spoke to Christian, explained I had a 2hr drive to make and asked him if the car was everything it said in the advert as I'd be pretty annoyed to drive all that way if it wasn't. He assured me it was and went through some of it's maintenance history with me and answered all my questions. I was so impressed I put a deposit on it there and then. Drove down the next day and the car was everything they promised and more. They didn't pressure me, hover or make me feel uncomfortable in any way. They allowed me to take it for a test drive unaccompanied and let me take my time looking over it. They left me and my husband with the car, service book and folder of paperwork to look over and discuss. No hard sell. I decided this was the car I'd been looking for for over a year and purchased it there and then. It did the 2hr journey home like a dream... My arm ached from waving back at all the people waving at me! My mechanic has since looked over the car and gave it a gleaming report. He says it's a fantastic example and a good buy. Thank you so much Billy and Christian, you've made my dream come true. I can categorically say that buying a car with you guys has been without a doubt the most positive car buying experience I have had in my 26 years of driving.
