I purchased an iCarsoft MT V6 for Yamaha bikes from these guys. It was supposed to perform ABS bleeding, but it didn't. Sam got in contact with iCarsoft and after a number of back-and-fourths they released an update to the device which fixed the ABS bleeding issue. I was kept up to date with regular progress emails. Also, if iCarsoft could not fix the issue, I was told I would be allowed to return the unit for a full refund, despite the returns window having elapsed.The customer service from Hids Direct has been second to none. A quality company with quality staff. A special shoutout to Sam who has been nothing short of excellent throughout the whole process.
