I purchased an iCarsoft MT V6 for Yamaha bikes from these guys. It was supposed to perform ABS bleeding, but it didn't. Sam got in contact with iCarsoft and after a number of back-and-fourths they released an update to the device which fixed the ABS bleeding issue. I was kept up to date with regular progress emails. Also, if iCarsoft could not fix the issue, I was told I would be allowed to return the unit for a full refund, despite the returns window having elapsed.The customer service from Hids Direct has been second to none. A quality company with quality staff. A special shoutout to Sam who has been nothing short of excellent throughout the whole process.
Again, this review is easy. It’s 5 Stars all the way!REQUIREMENTS:I needed some bulbs for my Toyota HiAce van import, but our so-called specialist auto mechanics turned their noses up at the job because it took some investigation, being it had long ago had the lights converted to higher powered units with things like “ballasts” attached etc.Thankfully I came across ‘HIDS Direct Store’, and have to say Sam and his colleague Martin, went over and beyond in this for me. From looking at a pile of mush in the photos of the old parts, they were able to pinpoint - in this case - the more likely units to fit, and after a few days of teaching myself, thanks to ‘HIDS’ now have both headlights and fogs working and reconfigured. WEBSITE:Is very transparent with many options well photographed to choose from, plus pup-dates along the way regarding delivery. Which in this case was a matter of only a few days and very competitively priced.CUSTOMER SERVICE:Rarely have I ever found it to be this good and so “Helpful”. Just in Sam’s prompt replies I felt a sense of “Hopefulness” from day one, and that’s a rare thing with today’s, “the computer says no” mentality. They also assured me of their “Refund” policy and spec. should things not work out, which thanks to their “Expert” advice, I didn’t need. But it was reassuring that I’d not lose all of my money if it failed.SUMMARY:There are few I recommend as highly as ‘HIDS Direct’ for online shopping, and it pleases me to do so! You’ve put many of the garages down my way to shame with your knowledge and keenness to help on what was a daunting minefield for me.Long may you “Prosper”. I ordered D3 bulbs and after a while one of them is not working but after getting in touch with the customer services they agreed to replace them for me at no cost even they said they will refund my shipping cost if the bulb is not working and now I’m waiting to receive them and even I’m thinking to order D3 8000 . Well done and thank you.
Sold faulty product, one of the bulbs is faulty it’s flickering, swapped sides and does the same thing, contacted customer support which is pointless, explained what’s wrong with the bulbs and what actions have taken to make it work, not reading your messages properly, more than a week later, getting emails advising me to switch sides which I have done already blaming my car that it’s at fault therefore the bulbs are not functioning properly. Basically blaming you, its your fault not ours even though they selling bad quality product which Im not the first to comment about and can be seen on there website reviews section, still carrying on selling this product and when customers having issues with them they do absolutely nothing to solve the issue. Never will use them again!
I've had excellent customer service from these guys- very helpful professional and excellent products. But the main reason I'm leaving this review is to let everyone know that there decoders are resistors are the best on the market, way better than any cheap one's on ebay, so if you are having any canbus issues or error after installing LEDs to headlights - these are definitely worth a try 100%. So nice one HIDS-Direct 😎
Ordered four silver indicator bulbs which arrived quickly. Unfortunately one had been smashed in transit.I emailed the company to ask if they could replace the damaged bulb, even though it was not their fault.They emailed straight back and agreed without any hesitation.Not one but TWO new replacement bulbs arrived a few days later - brilliant service.
