I've had two orders with this company. The first was perfect...arrived the next day. There was a problem with the second order...it was despatched next day but Royal Mail actually lost a bag of their despatched orders! So a longish wait and a few phonecalls needed...but HIDS worked hard to resolve the problem and my LED DRLs arrived - and excellent they are!
I can't lower their rating because of Royal Mail's shortcomings.
