After 2 weeks of receiving our Samsung microwave on line it started to make a terrible noise when switched on with the table rotating. The defrost option also did not work.When we asked for it to be replaced we were told it would cost R200 to be collected and returned. we do not have a Hirsch in Sedgefield.Now as I understand it, the consumer protection act stipulates that the seller should not pass the blame onto the supplier. So it was collected at our cost and once returned the same problem, although slightly less noisy, persisted.Again, more correspondence to Hirsch with the usual...sorry for your inconvenience.So, collected again and at last, after almost two Samsung replaced the microwave with a new model.This was dealt with by Hirsch Milnerton...product model no..ME83X
