I am very irritated. I bought a tumble dryer, but before the purchase, I specifically asked the helpdesk if this dryer is vented, as I do not want one that requires a pipe, and I have nowhere to put the pipe to go outside.She confirmed that the unit, in fact, does not require a pipe. I went ahead and placed the order, and to my surprise, the unit that came needs a pipe to be fixed that leads to the outside.Secondly, the courier did not even inform me that they were on their way; I was at work. They dropped it at my flat. Luckily, my son was home, but they made him sign and left it outside in front of the garage with no help moving it into the house. This alone is unprofessional.The consultant phones me today after I sent a message, and keeps saying the same model, but the upgraded one does not come with a pipe. How is this relevant? I don't care about the new upgrades. I asked about the one I ordered; if I knew this, I would never have bought it.Their solution is to send it back and give me a more expensive one where I need to pay in a difference. How does this make any sense to them?I expect more from this company – much more.

We bought a Tajima TMEZ machine from Hirsch Solutions. When doing my research, I had a couple of conversations and demonstrations where the Hirsch team showed me the machine and how it worked. One of my major concerns was of course with any big purchase you want to know about maintenance and service after you buy. I was assured on multiple occasions they had top notch technicians and sales people who were always there to help and to get the machine back and up and running if there were any problems.Our machine went down yesterday, and I have spent the last two days trying to get my salesman or a technician to call me back. It is almost laughable how pathetic the service after the sale is. Phone after phone call I am assured by people handling the calls, that the technician will call me back.I tried calling Jeff - my sales rep in Fort Worth - at 10:45 am this morning and he asked if he could call me later. I said sure and at 5:45 tonight, there are still no calls or texts again.If you are looking for a company that is filled with excuses and “work from home,” this is your company. If you are expecting help with your machine after you buy it, you are better off trying to get water out of a rock.My recommendation would be to look elsewhere for a company that has much better service for the customer after the sale.
I went to hirschs Montana for the first time I was with my husband we met the guy by the name of Thulani we needed some advice on what to purchase for our new house he was very patient with us and helpful as well we managed to buy what needed and I am so happy with his service I am definitely coming back for more
