My daughter has been using Hoffman Academy for the past 4 years and loves it! I really like that the program touches on every aspect of music, including playing by ear, reading music, improvising, playing with a back track, writing music. I call Mr. Hoffman the Mr. Rogers of music, as he has a calming voice and always includes puppets at the end. I also like that she can go at her own pace, so sometimes we can get through several lessons in a week, an other times we have more going on and only get through one lesson. We recommend Hoffman Academy to every person we meet that is interested in learning the piano.
