Review Time
I paid for Premium Access. There was no change. I went circles logging out and back in, trying to select my student so he could access the premium features. Nothing worked. So, I couldn't help but be angry that I paid for what is supposed to be instant access, and I have no access. Not only that, but that want me to wait a day to get any customer support? Possibly 3 days if they deem it "complicated". I finally just canceled the subscription and am doing a stop payment. This is unacceptable. When you don't get what you paid for, it becomes a scam. I would be wary of this company, and wary of entering any payment information.
I was very happy with the lessons and my children liked them... But be aware that if you purchase the material, you are better to download it all and save it all because it won't be anymore in your account after some time (my phone broke, so I lost the material that I downloaded). It was written in my account that I could have an unlimited access to my material (music sheets, audio songs, etc.), but without a warning, I see that I have nothing anymore. When I contacted the company, they tell me to buy it a second time.
We did a trial run about 2 years ago. This morning I saw they fraudulently billed my account for $180. I don't trust them. Now I have to wait for Chase to mail my replacement debit card and then set up all my payments all over again.
The tutorials are informative and easy-to-follow along. The tutor takes a great deal of time to convey the lessons and I love the passion and dedication he has. I've progressed a lot following the tutorials. Although the lessons may seem like they're intended towards kids, they'e great for adults alike.
