I ordered for the first time on 9/21/25 for my dog some cbd chews and drops. It stated order should be delivered by 10/1/25. Order was shipped on 9/25/25. I called customer service this morning on 10/2/25 still haven’t received order. She said she would check into it and get back to me by end of day, that they would send out express shipment since now their tracking shows order won’t be delivered til 10/10/25. Received email later in the day stating yes the order wouldn’t be delivered till 10/10/25, and I could get 25% off next order. No mention about express order. Since this was my very first order and don’t know if this will even work for my dog and it took so very long to get probably won’t order again. They need to get it together on their shipping this is crazy!! Very disappointed in this company with customer service!
