My 9 year old Lab has an injury to his right hind ccl and surgery is not an option. This product has helped him tremendously with the pain, stiffness and he is now walking so much better! I tried a different cbd oil but it didn't really help him. I'm so glad I found this company!!!

I ordered for the first time on 9/21/25…

I ordered for the first time on 9/21/25 for my dog some cbd chews and drops. It stated order should be delivered by 10/1/25. Order was shipped on 9/25/25. I called customer service this morning on 10/2/25 still haven’t received order. She said she would check into it and get back to me by end of day, that they would send out express shipment since now their tracking shows order won’t be delivered til 10/10/25. Received email later in the day stating yes the order wouldn’t be delivered till 10/10/25, and I could get 25% off next order. No mention about express order. Since this was my very first order and don’t know if this will even work for my dog and it took so very long to get probably won’t order again. They need to get it together on their shipping this is crazy!! Very disappointed in this company with customer service!

This is the second time I ordered CBD…

This is the second time I ordered CBD oil for my cat. The first order took almost 3 weeks to receive and considering my cat has a lot of pain 3 weeks is unacceptable.I placed my most recent order on the 14th I called yesterday and I was told to give it a few more days. I finally received tracking info and was informed it will not arrive until the 29th. Needless to say I won't be using them again. This is too much time when your pet is in pain.

I had tried several ways to check out fduring the B2G1 sale, but it would not give me the "Get 1" discount. Customer service tried several different links, and finally, one worked. They were responsive and persistent to be sure I got my order in. ( the date of experience is a guess, it was several weeks ago)

Amazing products and company

My dogs have been taking Holistapet supplements for a few years now and my oldest, a goofy golden, just turned 14. He takes the broad spectrum Cbd for seizures and it seems to reduce frequency and his recovery time after each. My younger is 11, a high anxiety pit mix. She takes the calming treats and they make a HUGE difference in her mood. Great quality. Highly recommend both! The team is also very helpful with great customer service.

I ordered some CBD treats before a fireworks holiday, I paid a little extra money for them to get at my residence asap. They didn't make it. Holistapet made it right.
