We tried the thunder shirt (good, but not sufficient) and other calming treats, but the oil is the key. One small dose and she calmed down within about 15-20 minutes (combined with ThunderShirt when I can!). No drowsiness or being "out of it"--she was just calm and went about her business with the shaking-panicky climbing on me that usually accompanies any thunder. Glad we found her some relief.
