For me, the prices are reasonable.I live in Germany and usually have to wait up to six days for my order to arrive, which I find absolutely fine. If something doesn’t work out (so far, there has only been one issue, which I caused myself), customer support responds very quickly. If a new collection has just been released, it might take a few days, but they are always committed to finding a quick and straightforward solution.I actually only have one example of this. I wanted to redeem my gift code. I went to the relevant page and selected a polish. Unfortunately, I forgot to enter the code. I contacted customer support because I thought Holo Taco had made an error. The staff member replied within a few hours, explained the mistake to me, and refunded the money for the polish. In the end, everything worked out.For me, it was a great experience. The entire company and its founder, Cristine, are simply very personable, transparent, and attentive. I recommend everyone who enjoys nail polish to order from them at least once.
