The quality of the brand is fantastic! I’m not very talented when it comes to doing manicures, but with the nail polishes from Holo Taco, even I can create a beautiful look for my nails. The product range has something for every style and every taste. For me, the prices are reasonable.I live in Germany and usually have to wait up to six days for my order to arrive, which I find absolutely fine. If something doesn’t work out (so far, there has only been one issue, which I caused myself), customer support responds very quickly. If a new collection has just been released, it might take a few days, but they are always committed to finding a quick and straightforward solution.I actually only have one example of this. I wanted to redeem my gift code. I went to the relevant page and selected a polish. Unfortunately, I forgot to enter the code. I contacted customer support because I thought Holo Taco had made an error. The staff member replied within a few hours, explained the mistake to me, and refunded the money for the polish. In the end, everything worked out.For me, it was a great experience. The entire company and its founder, Cristine, are simply very personable, transparent, and attentive. I recommend everyone who enjoys nail polish to order from them at least once.
I ordered 2 things of nail polish it’s been over 3 weeks and I still have yet to see it. They just sent me an email today to tell me they put another order in and it will take another 8-10 business days. The event I needed it for has already came and gone. Absolutely frustrated with this company.
First time buyer, I'm in the UK,so expected it to take a while to arrive, it was here in 2 days!Securely and beautifully packaged. All the colours are amazing,and long lasting but was really impressed with the one coat black,I used it 4 days ago,and no chips yet.Will definitely buy again.
I have ordered for years and while some orders take time I have also gotten them super fast! Holo Taco is improving and while I have not had thickness issues with any polish I know the concern had been talked about. I only buy it once or twice a year- still trying to get through polish from years ago- but great success overall! Lastly, the last directly purchased was the Safiya bundle collection in 9/28/2023 but have gotten many gifts in 2024 for my birthday and winter holiday. I can only ba k date this review to 3/10/2024
