Rachel Sauls is a peasant

Rachel Sauls was the agent, I decided to cancel prior to the start date of the policy, she was impossible to get ahold of and ignored my emails. I had to speak with a safeco representative to cancel the policy.

Saga home insurance

Needed to renew our Saga Home Insurance been with them 6 years never claimed and they wanted to charge double the amount.What about rewarding loyalty.They did reduce it slightly but other insurances much cheaper so I cancelled and they have just.lost a loyal customer

I was waiting on the phone to speak …

I was waiting on the phone to speak with someone for 15 minutes. Once someone answered, they immediately put me on hold without asking me for another 5 minutes. When the phone rang again they answered and immediately hung up on me. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable for anyone providing service.

Misleading information

I told the agent that I didn't want more than a $1000 deductible - however, it turned out that the deductible on the Travelers Insurance policy that was recommended was $1500 for "regular" claims was/is $1500 and for wind/hail damage 2% of the insured value; for me, this is $2860!! Yes, I certainly should have read the policy more carefully instead of relying on the agent's word that my deductible would be $1000. Now I have to have my roof replaced because of hail damage and cannot afford to pay almost $3000. All the other insurances that I've seen, talked to, or heard about from others do NOT charge more than 1% for ANY claim. I will never use this company again and will cancel the Traveler's policy as soon as I save enough money to pay for the repairs ( which will not be until after next January.) Again, I realize that I should have read the policy more carefully instead of trusting the agent's word - unfortunately I DID trust the agent. I won't ever make that mistake again. I won't recommend Homeinsurance or Travelers to anyone.

Called me at 6:05 am!!!

I dont know how they got my # They called 6 times in 2 days, asking for a George T? I kept telling them they got a wrong phone#. I finally got pissed when they called at 6:05 am this morning and woke me up. Not cool!

Awesome Experience. Highly recommend!!

I decided to shop our homeowners insurance and in my search came to this site. The agent that called was very knowledgeable, patient, thorough and pleasant. He ended up saving us $1000 a year.. We did not lose coverage, have the same deductible and even the earthquake insurance was still included. We were so impressed we had our auto checked and they saved us $200 a year on our auto insurance. I Loved the ease of setting up the accounts with the new companies and the ability to go online to pay the bill and check our coverage. Even more impressive was the fact that yearly Homeinsurance.com inputs your current information and checks to be sure you are getting the best deal. Shopping insurance is no longer an issue. They do it for me!! Couldn't be happier!! Thanks for great service and especially thanks to our new agent, Kristofer Erickson.
