Not happy with this company at all!I ordered a new Billy Cook saddle, and I love the Billy Cooks I’ve been riding in them for years. When it arrived, it had oil stains on the seat and on the saddle that I thought would go away. I rode in the saddle twice and damaged and stained my jeans on both occasions. I sent the saddle back for it to be worked on, then received the saddle again, The look of the saddle looks much better, however, it’s still leaving oil stains on my pants. Very frustrating to pay $2500 for something that stains your jeans. They have never offered a refund because I don’t want the saddle like this. Customer service is very slow to respond to emails.
