I was looking for a certain product that is very hard to find in Canada. Found it on this website. I should’ve known they were a scam when they said they only took E transfer. Do not order from this company. It’s a fraud. It’s a scam. They take your money. Do not send you any sort of product. scammed me in many out of hundreds of dollars Please beware.
In 2025 I Sent a saddle to be sold a Top quality Circle Y saddle. Circle Y the company itself actually recommends Horse Saddle Shop in Indiana to sell used Circle Y saddles! I was impressed by how easy it was to send the saddle. The company has everything on line you can fill out the paperwork print it for your records request a saddle shipping box and it will arrive quickly. You then wrap your saddle with the bubble wrap in the box place your paperwork inside tape close affix shipping label and take to shipper you choose That’s it. When it sells you receive an email and all buyers get 30 days to try Saddle fit on their horse after that Horse saddle shop mails you a check pretty simple! A+++I also purchased a Trail saddle from them and love it!
Not happy with this company at all!I ordered a new Billy Cook saddle, and I love the Billy Cooks I’ve been riding in them for years. When it arrived, it had oil stains on the seat and on the saddle that I thought would go away. I rode in the saddle twice and damaged and stained my jeans on both occasions. I sent the saddle back for it to be worked on, then received the saddle again, The look of the saddle looks much better, however, it’s still leaving oil stains on my pants. Very frustrating to pay $2500 for something that stains your jeans. They have never offered a refund because I don’t want the saddle like this. Customer service is very slow to respond to emails.
dont buy used saddles from em they make em look much nicer in photos then you get a nasty stained saddle. It didnt fit my horse n I was overcharged for the pos saddle! when I asked later to trade it in for different saddle I just got response sry cant do that i was totally scammed by this company!
