I have had nothing but great experiences with Huepar. They have had some of the best customer support Ive ever encountered. I’ve had 2 issues and they’ve not only been resolved but they made sure I was satisfied both time. They didnt ask me to send it back to be repaired or offer a gift card. They happily replaced the item without any trouble. This is why I will always be a Harper customer and supporter. It seems a lot of companies have fallen from this customer focused mindset.
