I have nothing but praise and good things to say about this company. The laser level is excellent quality but unfortunately one of the diodes failed, as they can. Huepar replaced it with a new one within a couple of days and even let me keep the old one that still had 2 working lasers. Customer service cannot be faulted.
My company purchased a few laser levels from this brand. One of them wasn't working correctly. The team over at Hupar replaced it with no problems at all. Customer service and customer satisfaction is outstanding! Keep up the good work!
I have had nothing but great experiences with Huepar. They have had some of the best customer support Ive ever encountered. I’ve had 2 issues and they’ve not only been resolved but they made sure I was satisfied both time. They didnt ask me to send it back to be repaired or offer a gift card. They happily replaced the item without any trouble. This is why I will always be a Harper customer and supporter. It seems a lot of companies have fallen from this customer focused mindset.
