First of all these watches are absolutely stunning. My bf was in need of new watch and I came across Hurtig Lane, because I was looking for great quality vegan watches. My bf eventually chose the 'Mykonos Vegan Leather Watch Gold, Black & Black'. Something went wrong with the delivery service, which was in no way Hurtig Lanes fault. When I contacted them through instagram, they responded so quickly! They were so helpful and kind and immediatly helped solve the problem, which was not at all caused by them. The packaging is amazing, the little feltlike pouch that comes with it, is so nice and soft and nicer than some pouches you can buy in stores, and this just comes with the watch. Then, the watch: absolutely beautiful. The details the feel, it's really the key that can pull an outfit together.And again the customer service is amazing. There was a little damage on the strap, so I contacted Hurtig Lane, again they responded quickly, and offered to send a replacement strap. I never had such a great experience with customer service. Tldr: Hurtig Lane has beautiful products and if there's bumps in the road, the immaculate customer service is always there to smooth the way. I'm just so blown away and impressed by this brand.
