One of the best, shorter waits would be nice

In-N-Out has only three kinds of burgers, fries and a bunch of drinks on offer. So it's really quick to order. The burgers are juicy, the fries are made fresh in house, you can see them push potatoes through a fry maker. The downside is that the restaurants are so successful that wait times can be long, especially on drive-up. I usually go inside and wait there, even if I take away.

I AM A FAN!

I have been a fan of In n Out Burger for over 60 years. I love the fact we are eating fresh beef! They have a very limited menu but for over 60 years, it has always been a fantastic hamburger with the consistent quality making it my favorite "go to" burger spot.

Love Love Love in-n-out

Love Love Love in-n-out. The best burgers in the US by far. Juicy, tasty and affordable! Used to be a regular at Modesto on Pelandale until I moved to NYC. I'd wait hours just to get a double double :-P Please please please expand to NYC!!

Don't Like

I ordered a cheesburger without veggies, and they put small cubes of onions on my burger. No wonder why I hit something crunchy... They also don't have enough things on their menu. And why are people liking this?! My mom says it tastes poor.

Every time I go to an In and Out…

Every time I go to an In and Out Restaurant, the service has always been outstanding, I have never had to reorder because something was missed or what was in the bag was not what I ordered.FYI, I used to work at the store in Covina, on Arrow Hwy., back in the 60's.

Fantastic Customer Service by In-N-Out!!

I had a small issue with a meal I ordered at one of their restaurants, so I left a message for them with my comments. I received a phone call the SAME DAY from IN-N-Out Customer Service, they asked questions and resolved the issue immediately. You can't reach most companies these days no matter how long you are willling to wait, but to hear the same day (a Saturday no less!!) is unbelievable. I was already a fan, but I'm even a bigger fan now. Way to go In-N-Out!!!
