Every other company I contacted was not willing to help me due to the complicated request I had, so I took the chance working with this one. They answered all my questions, and took the time to make sure everything ended up well. I had to ship a container from the middle of nowhere in northern Europe to rural Ohio. Two ships, a train, and a truck on either side. It ended up delayed, but because of the pandemic clogging all the ports so you can't fault anyone for that. I packed a 20' container myself that I own.I suspect most of the negative reviews are because of 3rd party moving companies doing a terrible job doing the packing locally. If you have valuables you don't trust others with, pack as much as you can yourself.
