Took three months for the entire process. Never told me what documents I needed to upload until I contacted support. Always sent letter in the mail instead of email. All letters only arrived on Fridays every two weeks with updates, instead of emailing or sending the letters ASAP. In the middle of all of it they told me I needed a second cosigner. Again instead of emailing me they sent it through the USPS two weeks later than it should've been. After that it then took them another month to accept the loan. Again only through USPS. When they accepted it my school accepted within an hour. Lastly it took another entire week for them to send money to my school after the three day waiting period. All costing me $350 in finance charges and a delinquent financial account with my school. All because of the incomitance and slowness of ISL. Last year the other loan office I went through took one week to process everything ISL did in THREE MONTHS.
