I now had to pay extra for what was originally promised or accept severely diminished value, limited to recycled course materials — effectively breaking both promised terms.2. Emotional Manipulation and Gaslighting:The “reinvestment fee” was introduced only after I was fully emotionally and financially invested — a tactic that came across as exploitative. Personal struggles I confided were later used against me to dismiss my valid concerns as “emotional,” and rather than addressing the broken terms, I was accused of being lazy and uncommitted — despite knowing I left my job to fully commit.3. Lack of Transparency:The reinvestment fee was never disclosed upfront in any written agreement or during mentorship discussions. It was only revealed after the final call — not in writing, but via voice message — leaving no opportunity for discussion, consent, or written accountability.4. There were attempts to flag or suppress reviews like mine, further reducing transparency for prospective clients.This is why I urge prospective clients to look beyond polished testimonials and consider what isn’t being shared.Without legal enforcement, ‘written guarantees’ often mean nothing. My experience proves this: Despite breaking their own terms, the mentor refused to refund my $8,000 and blocked me instead, choosing profit over accountability and integrity. This blatant disregard should warn anyone considering this program: don’t be their next victim.
I'm going to be honest, I was super skeptical when I first discovered the Jaychrismentor Brand. My skepticism cleared fast when I began working closer with Jay and his team.
