From start to finish, Peter was fantastic – he managed the entire process for us and made sure everything ran smoothly.We did have a small issue early on with fitter availability, but Peter quickly stepped in and got it all sorted without any fuss.The level of customer service and communication from the team was excellent, and they genuinely went the extra mile to make sure we were happy.The carpets/flooring looks great, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the final result.
