I was a new investor when I joined the vreeland capital program thinking I could leverage my w2 income and buy rental properties through their DFY service…it was the complete opposite. Not only did I not buy any properties because they wanted close to retail prices…but rarely would I get consistent support. Overall? Total joke. F rating!!!
