My experience with Vreeland Capital the last 5 years (as an investor) has been A++ outstanding . Why? I know I'm making a difference , supporting a family oriented company that truly is making a positive difference in their community. Plus, communication & information both are clear, prompt and helpful. As investor it has very much been a win-win relationship and I heartily recommend Jimmy and the team at Vreeland Capital !!
I have worked with Jimmy and his team so far on 3 deals and I am very grateful for the attentiveness and efficiency with which the whole team works. I would recommend the Vreeland Team to anyone who wants to invest in real estate but doesn't have the time or the know how. There is a no more complete program...and I looked at a good amount of alternatives before joining the team. I look forward to doing many deals with them for many years.
I was a new investor when I joined the vreeland capital program thinking I could leverage my w2 income and buy rental properties through their DFY service…it was the complete opposite. Not only did I not buy any properties because they wanted close to retail prices…but rarely would I get consistent support. Overall? Total joke. F rating!!!
I've never wasted more time, energy or money than trying to invest in jimmy's program for buying rental properties in the midwest...this guy and his team are only about one thing, PROFIT FOR THEMSELVES.Almost 6 months and 10k later of wasted efforts, save yourself the time and go elsewhere for deals! TOTAL SCAM.

My rental real estate company has been a success for the past 6yrs thanks to Jimmy Vreeland's team. I purposely made sure that I would let the system operate on autopilot and not question the little things for six years. I just had a portfolio assessment call, and the 4-pillar return is to the roof. 10+ assets performing optimally with Rents up ~50% and appreciation reaching similar percentage values. All and all the 4-pillar return is extremely favorable. Thank you....
$10k for a yearly subscription to their community that they don't even fulfill consistent deals on in the areas they offer. Their margins are always off because they're more focused on making more money on the front end assignment fee rather than delivering a good product for us as the investor at the end.
