We ordered a Richmond Tea Kettle that did not whistle. We tried everything to get it to work. As per instructions, we repackaged and returned immediately for a refund. The company sent a video of a tea kettle and insisted it works and charged us a $100 dollar "restocking" fee for an item that was defective. We tried to communicate our concerns respectfully and received rude responses. Be wary of this company standing by their products. I have never seen such poor customer service!
