I purchased an alarm panel listed as "available" on the JMAC Supply website. They charged my card, but then informed me they had no inventory. They offered me a different model—also supposedly in stock—and the exact same thing happened. Their system does not reflect actual stock levels. This is a very frustrating and unprofessional practice. I recommend calling them to confirm availability before placing any order.At least they did offer refunds, but it was still a waste of time and trust. This is not a reliable company if you need equipment urgently.
