I signed up for the lifetime membership, and then went about setting up my profile. The system took my resume and deleted almost all of the details for each position, and then randomly added items and percentages that were not true. Once that was done, I went to look for positions, and found that there were none listed for the last month for scrum master, project manager, program manager, which I know is not the case. When I sent jobsolv's customer service an email documenting the problems I was having, they suggested I manually recreate my resume, and said they were aware of the problems with the job board and they were working on resolving it. After waiting 3 days, with no changes I asked for a refund, which they have said has been granted.
