Review Time
I was using their subscription with trial period. I never found any autoapply for me or any new job posting. After 3 days I tried to cancel the subscription but there were no option. I tried to contact with them several times through email but never get any response back. By that time they charged my credit card 2 times. Even I sent an email today's morning. No response yet. I have never found any contact number to talk with any real person/representative. Now I really doubt if anyone ever get any job offer by jobsolv?
The site is constantly giving 500 errors.No one responds to the emails.Their no activity on their socials. Their phone numbers for contacting them have been cut off. I have been trying to get a refund because the site isn't working and no one is replying back.
I am unable to find positions with my skill set but others that are not relevant to my skill set or career focus.In addition, I attempted to use the Auto-Apply feature but after entering the necessary details and clicking “Save”, nothing happens and no auto-apply setup is created. I’ve sent emails since Thursday and no response. I want a refund
I signed up for the lifetime membership, and then went about setting up my profile. The system took my resume and deleted almost all of the details for each position, and then randomly added items and percentages that were not true. Once that was done, I went to look for positions, and found that there were none listed for the last month for scrum master, project manager, program manager, which I know is not the case. When I sent jobsolv's customer service an email documenting the problems I was having, they suggested I manually recreate my resume, and said they were aware of the problems with the job board and they were working on resolving it. After waiting 3 days, with no changes I asked for a refund, which they have said has been granted.

I saw this product on Product Hunt and saw how passionate the founders were, I like it when the team uses the product themselves. It’s really hard building products for job seekers since many of us don’t have a lot of money, but I like that you can buy packs of job apply without getting a subscription. All in all, I have been pretty impressed with what they have built so far, they seem to add all the things that a job seeker would want to have. Now instead of having 3 or 4 different job search tools, I am just using one. I can organize all my job searches in one place instead of having like 8 different tabs open. I also like that they have a place where you can request features and other users can vote on which feature they want to see developed. Give it a try, they have like a very generous free plan, and if you don’t want to sign up for a subscription just buy one of the job apply packs and use that.
