I've tried pretty much all the auto job apply tools out there, and while Jobsolv has its issues, it also has some positives. Job searching is stressful enough without having to worry about the tools you're using. One night, I tried applying to 30 jobs with the 1 click apply, expecting it to be instant. Instead, it took over 20 minutes for the system to process which was really frustrating. The whole point of using these tools is to save time, not waste it.That said, their customer service did resolve the issue. They were friendly, reachable, and refunded my subscription right away with no questions asked. It's rare nowadays to actually get to a human when talking to support, so that was a pleasant surprise. Plus, I later checked and saw that my jobs still got applied without charging me, even though I got a refund.I do appreciate that Jobsolv is continuously improving and adding new features. It's nice to see they're committed to making things better. But they still have some kinks to work out. The auto-apply feature should work seamlessly all the time, especially since it costs money. Honestly, this kind of service should be free. Job seekers are already under so much stress, and adding a financial burden just doesn't seem fair.Despite the issues, I'll keep using Jobsolv because there aren't better alternatives that I've tried. If they can fix these problems, it could be a solid tool. For now, it's good enough but at least it shows promise.
