Called to place a carry out order and waited on hold for 5 minutes. I hung up and called back. I explained that I had waited on hold and the woman told me that they were short staffed. She said she would transfer me and expedite my order. After 4 minutes on hold, the bar answered to take my order. I go the East Coast platter. It was terrible. Shrimp was rubbery and over cooked. The clam strips tasted double fried and were hard to chew. Crab cake was the smallest thing I have ever seen! My husband called to complain and they ask his phone number. They said they would call back. 70 minutes later... still waiting for a call.
