Jollibee Danao sands The service was lousy. They insisted that the self service kiosk be used. Only 2 of the 5 kiosks were working. Some didnt know how to use it they went to the counter where 5 people were standing just talking and were told to go back to the kiosk. Nobody assisted the people in the kiosk. Line was building the counters were empty. Eventually the orders came in but the portions were smaller compared to other jollibee stores. It took time for them to prepare the orders so again lots of people were lining up. Its 845 pm people came in hungry. They wouldnt allow the customers to go to the second floor since they already cleaned it but the lights and air conditioners were still all on. I pity the franchise owners, paying for electricity, staff standing around and not helpful at all. This is not the service jollibee is known for.
