Issue #1: I signed up to get the medication through Journey Clinical and then receive psychotherapy through one of their networked providers, who I was told was in the network. Only after I paid the huge $$ fees did it turn out that none of the psychotherapists were in network, so I'm left with a huge bill, a bunch of ketamine, and no one to do my sessions. Issue #2: Their platform is extremely buggy, messages often do not send, and the website crashes all the time. So it's extremely frustrating to deal with and not a pleasant experience. Issue #3: The whole process is very complicated as it's not fully done by Journey Clinical; you get handed off to a third party to handle the prescription, which takes MONTHS to figure out as their process is a mess. Overall, their customer service has been pretty awful, the website is a pain to navigate, the process is complicated, and it feels like a bait and switch when it comes to starting the actual therapy.
