I ordered these nails on 02/25/25 and I live in the USA. I was getting order updates through SHOP from the carrier and apparently there was an "attempted delivery" twice, then no other updates. When I contacted Joyee's customer service, they claimed that the receiver (me) rejected the parcel. If I'm waiting on $100 worth of nails, why would I reject the parcel? I have repeatedly contacted their customer service and now they aren't responding to my emails. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
