I purchased at great expense the 'gentle dog toy'. No where does it say they are not suitable for puppies or 'normal chewers'. After just 3 uses the rubber has split . I contacted the company and was told I should have got the tuff toothie toy!. They said I could have a discount, I have had no reply as to how much discount though, but no offer was made to replace the ones I bought which did not withstand normal chewing and the toys were not left with the dogs once they had got the treats out. My dogs are gentle chewers so I would not recommend these toys. I would post a photo but can't find anywhere to do this. Despite accepting the offer of a discount code and sending 3 emails asking for the code I have had no response so the offer looks like it wasn't genuine.
