This company is hopeless. The toy lasted less than 5 minutes, literally and left dangerous sharp plastic shards. I have contacted them 3 times over 2 weeks without any response at all.They are expensive to buy and pretty boring. It's a con . Don't waste your money. I wouldn't even give them one star.
The item advertised sounded ideal for my exuberant spaniel! The ‘toy’ is designed, supposedly, to enable separate parts to connect together when food, (eg paste/kibble), is inserted, meaning that a dog needs to work to separate the pieces. Too good to be true as I found it impossible to screw the parts together which makes this product unfit for purpose. I contacted the company several times explaining the issue. I had no response until a few weeks ago when I was told that there had been issues over their emails. My last explanation has yet again been ignored. I would not recommend this product or the company under any circumstances
Would give this no stars if possible but avoid this company. I have emailed twice about my order (which hasn't turned up even though I ordered 3 weeks ago) and there has been no reply. Will be contacting my bank to try and get my money back
I should have read these reviews prior to buying because so many echo my own experience! There is zero customer service and email after email has been ignored. The kibble dispenser fell apart after one use and I could not find a way to secure the internal food dispenser. As such, it is unusable. K9 Connectables has ignored my emails repeatedly. I am now going to ask the bank for a Charge Back, hopefully to recover my money for a faulty product.
I purchased the Dental bundle, thinking it would be a great stimulus for my pup. I liked the fact it came really quickly, but that’s the only positive comment I can leave. These toys are meant to be strong & durable, my dog who has never been a pup to chew and destroy toys, had bitten off some of the very flimsy plastic within the 1st 30mins of use, and that wasn’t continuous use, he’s never used them since. I messaged K9 and was promised they would contact me on numerous occasions and it never happened. These toys are not cheap and anyone who buys them will seriously be wasting their hard earned cash.
I purchased the Dental Health Bundle from K9connectables hoping for durable toys that would help with my dog's dental health. Unfortunately, the items did not meet my expectations. The toys were marketed as "durable," but my dog managed to chew through them within 6 days of use. Considering the price point and the promise of durability, I expected them to last much longer.While the concept of the toys is good and they initially seemed sturdy, I was disappointed with how quickly they were destroyed. For pet owners looking for truly long-lasting and tough toys, I would recommend exploring other options before purchasing from K9connectables.Overall, I was underwhelmed by the durability of the toys in the Dental Health Bundle and would caution others to manage their expectations accordingly.Additionally I have tried several times to contact the merchant with no response.
I ordered the package for “enthusiastic chewers” for Christmas. My dog is a just a bit rough with toys so I erred on the side of caution. Unfortunately, because of low stock (it transpires) they included one element from the gentle range. Inevitably that was the one my dog bit the top off inside 15 minutes and it was an anxious few hours before I found it. I complained to the company and it was several days before I heard back, though it was over the holiday period so that is somewhat excusable, they are a small company. After some correspondence they - and I - realised what had happened with the substitution and without asking me to return the rest of the package they refunded my full payment, as well as offering a sizeable voucher to buy other products when available. Lessons learned for them is not to substitute products without agreement, try to manage stock rather better so that things aren’t unavailable for lengthy periods (though that can be difficult for small businesses) and, looking at other reviews, communicate quickly and honestly. There would have been an extra star for the customer service, let down only by a delay in the first response, regardless of holidays but I’m just not sure about the product. The idea is great but how well is it executed? I’m not sure.
