I made an order which on the website states out for courier Wednesday for delivery Thurs. I havnt received it and they are trying to take another subscription payment out 2 days later for the next order. Why am I paying twice in one week? No phone number to contact them and no replies from emails.

Great quality food, we were quite shocked at the quality difference and the fact that we were spending $140 weekly on one dog from an Auckland franchise store that seems to be filled with majority of bone. We save $50 and get better meat, the delivery is free, our dog is super happy and has such a healthy shiny coat.

FedEx in my area has always been problematic, but color me surprised when my order was a day late and I received a call from K9 Cuisine telling me they were looking into the issue. Two days later, when I still hadn't received my order the same customer service person called (at 7pm their time) to let me know she'd called FedEx corporate and been on hold trying to reach my nearest distribution center to see what was going on. I've had this kind of issue many times with my local FedEx, but I've never had a company work this hard to make sure I received my order.The product arrived undamaged and was reasonably priced,as well.
