I placed an order; straight away I realised I had ordered the incorrect item and the delivery timeframe was too long. I immediately emailed the support email address requesting to cancel, but had no reply. I then emailed again a few days later and no reply. No telephone number. 12 days later the parcel is received and still nothing at all from anyone to help me. I have checked their returns process and they do not accept returns on non-faulty items. £200 out of pocket.
